It’s Go Texan Day at West Oaks Hospital. We celebrated in true Texas style with catered barbecue and a “Dress to Impress” Western Wear Contest. From boots to hats and plenty of Texas pride, our team showed up ready for fun. It was a great day to come together and create moments of connection for our staff while continuing to support our community.

Thank you to our Human Resources team for organizing such a fun event!

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day, a reminder that even the smallest gesture can make a difference for someone who may be struggling with their mental health. A kind word, a check‑in, a moment of patience or simply showing someone they matter can bring comfort during a difficult time.

Kindness builds connection, reduces stress and helps create a supportive environment where people feel safe reaching out for help.

Let’s take a moment today to lift each other up. One act of kindness can go further than we realize.
