Great insight from Dr. Cloud!

It’s often our patterns that create the problems.

We all have room for growth.

What patterns can you edit that bring less problems to your life and relationships?

Patterns create results — good or bad. Want a new outcome? Start with a new pattern. When you identify the patterns, you're on your way to making fruitful change.

It's important to embrace the process and not expect instant change. In fact, the all-or-nothing thinking that expects instant change could be a pattern that causes problems. Give yourself grace and have the patience to get a little better each day.
