In 2017 I suffered a back injury that has plagued me over the years. Over the last year working Dr Chris Verheul and using my rogue reverse hyper machine, I have not suffered any episodes with my back and my spine feels strong. We are seeing a trend with social media placing a heavy emphasis on increasing protein intake, but feel it often overlooks the other macronutrients that come with different protein sources. The images shown here each contain roughly 30g of protein, yet their overall macronutrient profiles vary greatly. For example, chia seeds are primarily a fat source, followed by carbohydrates, and only then protein, despite marketing that may suggest otherwise. It’s important to factor in the entire nutrition label when trying to make changes to your composition and performance!

Over the past few years, Emiley has made some major lifestyle changes! After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, we worked with her to incorporate eating smaller meals more frequently, having a healthier relationship with food, and lowering the intensity of her workouts. These changes have made a big difference in her body composition—she’s lost 30 pounds, just in time for her wedding last month!

He anticipated this being his last one, but surprised himself by qualifying for IM World Championship in Nice, France. Bill works exceptionally hard at his sport, and we can’t wait to see how he does this fall!
