Thank you for your Civil Service to our City of Houston, Texas.
Recently as of January the 7th 2025 you gave me an opportunity to speak with Mayor and City Council
Members to bring forth attention, dangers, and solutions surrounding the PFAS/AFFF CHROMIUM-6
and how it’s affecting us, you and your Families the City Waters and Soils being Contaminated.
To date as the pillars and Elected Civil Servants making decisions for the city of Houston and sometimes
Those making decision are Not the right decisions. In this case the City of Houston is phasing out the
Use of AFFF/PFAS Aqueous Fire Fighting Foam, but in the meantime the City still has Inventory of AFFF and
After speaking with one HFD CHIEF, Quote, “it will continue to be used until the Inventory is completed!
So now as I see it Houston is Liable and Culpable for Breaking the Law with IMPUNITY while Nothing is
Being done to STOP it’s use! I also asked, “What are you using to Clean up these Toxic Spills” Hydrocarbons,
Oil, Gasoline, AFFF/PFAS and CHROMIUM-6?
The answer astounded me coming from a Chief that “he did not know himself!”
I asked on or about January 3rd if he would get back with me, as of today is January 15th, 2025 STILL NO RESPONSE!
This is incompetence! This answer put’s us ALL at RISK!
Unless I’m mistaken there is no one above the President of the United States (EO 13101 and RCRA PROTOCOL
to make this decision and anyone deciding to continue to use such Chemicals is and goes against Federal Laws
and subjects our City of Houston open and Liable to Lawsuits!
Which Law Firms are now Advertising and asking, “anyone exposed to AFFF/PFAS that has cancer or other health
issues contributing to being exposed to these Chemicals are encouraged to contact them for representation!
AFFF/PFAS, Chromium-6 are responsible for causing Thousands of people, children, infants with cancer,
dying now with these Toxins in the body also increases the risk of early cognitive decline of neurodegenerative
diseases and mental health issues.

It is well documented from the City of Houston, the Houston Chronicle, News Stations ABC, etc. that
Our water is 6.7 ppb (Billion) this concentration is 330 times Higher than the Proposed Thresholds for Safety!
I’d like to propose a live Demonstration and Press Conference at the Val Jahnke Training Center to prove
There is a Solution without the use of chemicals or Carcinogens that is a USDA CERTIFIED BIO-PREFFERED PRODUCT
And an EPA BIO-BASED ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT that will Eliminate Combustible Fumes take an analytical
Fumes reading before was 0.757 PPM on a mixed Toxic Cocktail of Hydrocarbons, Oil, Gasoline, Water changing the
Composition of those Hydrocarbons to Co2 & H20 which is WATER and 0.00 ppm after using Amcor Sorbe,
will save this City of Houston, Texas valuable resources as well as making Houston a Role Model City Nationwide
being the Mecca of the Oil Industry of the World on the International Stage!
