I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the patient (you know who you are ☺️) who sent me this letter in the mail today (it's rare that I get "old school" letters like this) ..... I'm very thankful & blessed to be able to what I do each and every day, and this letter was a beautiful reminder of what it is all about 🙏❤️ ✝️ This little note made my day... and even though it was a busy & chaotic Friday, as I just get around to checking my emails at 9:55 pm 😵‍💫 I'm grateful for this vocation that God has allowed me to do for the past 16 years. I may get stressed out and tired, but it's all worth it... I love my job, and I couldn't think of anything else I'd rather do more. It is a gift that my patients allow me to be an intimate part of their lives, and I can assure you that it's not a gift that I take for granted. Thank you for allowing me to care for you and your families

These are the types of SHADY con-artists that we have to deal with in medicine in 2022. This company emails me about a "bad" review on Google... when I go to check it out, the patient's name that is listed on the review isn't even a patient associated with any physician in our practice. Surely, these companies realize that we have electronic medical records, and can quickly search the database to see who wrote it. 🧐
Turns out that this wasn't even a REAL patient! (no where to be found in our database)

Said company then sends me several emails about how I can pay $$$ for their services to get the bad review removed.

Basically, this fake bad review came up two days before the company emailed me the solicitation hoping they could convince me to pay them to "get bad reviews removed." 🤔

You can see where I am going with this... Scam company posts a fake bad review, and then tries to sell me $$$ their "services" to get this review removed. 😡 (my suspicion is that someone from the company posted the bad review, because they know that it stays on my profile forever).

I'm total aware that this type of fraud goes on.... so obviously, I wasn't falling for it. Just frustrating that they can post fake reviews and those reviews are pretty much stuck online forever. The worst part is that we really don't have any recourse...and I'm not about to give them money, because I know that some of my colleagues in the community have been affected by similar cons/scams.

We aren't perfect, and we do the best we can... but if you ever have any issue, please just let me know. I'll get with my office manager and we'll make sure it gets remedied. Lastly, but not least... please take the time to leave us a good review. Pretty much the only way we can offset these fake bad reviews, is by getting enough good reviews to keep our overall average "star" rating up.

We love getting good reviews, but we are also very responsive to criticism... Just talk to me or my office manager, so we can try to fix the issue. Our goal is to make your experience with us 5 stars every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm very excited to announce that we are now offering virtual TeleHealth visits through our patient portal. There are two ways to have a virtual appointment: through out patient portal using a laptop/desktop computer with a camera, OR from your mobile phone using the HEALOW app (you will first need to be set up on the patient portal before you can use the Healow app).
