Iโ€™m happy to let you know that I will be presenting a session at the 36th Annual Art and Science of Health Promotion conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 25-27, and the Intensive Training Seminar on March 24.
You may be interested in attending this one-of-a-kind conference for wellness professionals.

This yearโ€™s conference theme is Wired for Well-Being, focusing on leveraging our growing understanding of how the brain works to create new approaches to whole-person well-being. My session, titled "Mindfulness, Meditation, and the Brain: Neuroscience Tools for Stress Resilience and Emotional Regulation", will take place on March 26th.
