Just completed a week-long residential retreat with Guruji Padmashri Dr. H. R. Nagendra on the Message of the Upanishads, organized by VYASA USA.

Participants immersed themselves deeply in the timeless teachings of Yoga and the Upanishads, experiencing knowledge, reflection, and inner growth.

Deeply grateful to Satish ji and the entire team for their tireless efforts and dedication in making this retreat a great success. It was truly fulfilling to both teach and help organize this retreat. 🙏

Honored to be part of Dallas Yoga Fest.

SVYASA-USA had the privilege of leading a special workshop at the Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas on:
“The Role of Yoga in Managing Diabetes and Improving Heart Health.”

We had a wonderful turnout, with many curious and engaged participants eager to explore the science and benefits behind yoga practices.
The highlight of the event was the gracious presence of Swami Mukundananda ji, head of RK Temple, whose energy and blessings uplifted the entire gathering.

Heartfelt thanks to all who participated and expressed interest in more such learning opportunities!

A big shout-out to our dedicated SVYASA teacher, Olga ji, who beautifully led the entire Common Yoga Protocol session in Spanish. She seamlessly integrated the opening and closing prayers, along with all asana names in Sanskrit.

International Day of Yoga 2025

What an absolutely vibrant and inspiring celebration of Yoga across Houston! From temples to parks, community centers to corporate spaces, the city has come alive with the spirit of Yoga for One Earth, One Health 🌿🌎

A heartfelt salute to our incredible team of dedicated volunteers who have been working tirelessly for weeks to make this vision a reality. So proud to share that SVYASA-trained teachers led sessions at nearly 30 different events this year, spreading the light of Yoga far and wide 🙏

Each session was filled with energy, peace, and a beautiful sense of unity, truly bringing the community together for one powerful cause: YOGA.

Having Dr. David Frawley (Vamadeva Shastri) join us was a true highlight. His message on the essence of yoga and the power of consciousness was deeply inspirational.

A big thank you to all the collaborating organizations, partners, and to the Consul General of India in Houston for their continued support and encouragement.

Together, we breathe, stretch, and grow, for a healthier planet and a healthier us. 🌱
