Thank you to everyone who came out to our Open House at Coping Resource Center! It was an honor to host this event alongside our colleagues at Rose Family Psychology and Thriving Child Center/PCIT Experts. We loved being able to share some of the many ways we support growth and healing.

Guests enjoyed virtual reality therapy demos, art therapy, an inspiring art gallery, and turmeric paste drink samples from Jinka, who we were happy to have back for the second year. A special thank you to our featured artists Kadriye Alcorn, Laura Garwood, Katharine Ligon, Michael Foster, and Kathy Love for filling the space with their work. And we’re excited to officially welcome our new art therapist, Dr. Marie Deschamps, PhD, LPC-A, ATR-P, to the team.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this night a success. We hope that you all had a great time socializing, networking, and enjoying some of what we have to offer. Here’s to another year of connection, creativity, and community.

Dr. Ross recently stopped by KPRC2 / Click2Houston to chat with Haley Hernandez about the benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, or CBT-I, which is the gold standard for treating insomnia.

At Coping Resource Center, our clinicians understand how frustrating insomnia can be and are dedicated to helping you get a good night’s sleep through evidenced-based practices, including CBT-I.

Recently, we launched our Well Rested program, which helps you reset your sleep naturally and effectively through CBT-I. Well Rested will help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling restored.

Learn more at CopingResourceCenter.com/well-rested-insomnia-treatment-program/ or give us a call at 832-278-1849. We’d love to help you get the rest you deserve.
