Class descriptions:
Yin Yoga - This class is designed to enhance overall body and sensory awareness. In this relaxing environment you will explore asanas (postures) that allow for deeper focus into your breath and body. As you calm your mind you will experience deep connective tissue stretch resulting in greater flexibility over time. Music is slow and soothing. This practice is for all levels and the perfect introduction to Yoga for the beginner.
Vinyasa Flow - Looking for a higher energy, faster paced yoga class? Vinyasa Flow is an up-tempo energetic yoga class that incorporates breathing techniques and flow series to create internal heat as you develop and increase strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Modifications are offered so that any level yogi can benefit from this dynamic yet calming practice. Participants will be guided through several flow series together and then offered the space to flow at their own pace. This practice is accompanied by more upbeat music.
