Clients ask me all the time if I work on vacation. My response is based on my personal preference. Exercise is a part of my daily life and part of my routine. When I workout, starts my day just right. It helps maintain a balance between my mind and my life. My response will be to others, do things that make you feel good and keep your mind and balance in life.

The benefit of using a steel mace is upper body force (including grip strength), the mace can also be used for total body conditioning. Like a Kettlebell, certain macebell exercises, such as the climber squat and alternating switch forward lunge, lend themselves to lower-body strength training (verywellfit).

What does the sumo squat work?

Performing a single leg-touch-down as a part of your weekly exercise routine can help keep your quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes strong. One-legged touch down can promote better balance, coordination and speed for running and other athletic activities. One-legged squats work most major muscle groups in the lower body and encourage greater core strength (livestrong).
