Howdy!

Special C.H.E.E.R.S. is looking for YOU! 🐴

We are currently seeking an experienced Barn/Farm Leader (Barn Mate) to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic equine environment for our clients and horses.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Daily horse care (feeding, watering, turnout, stall cleaning)
• Monitoring horse health and reporting concerns
• Grooming and basic tacking/untacking
• Maintaining clean and organized barn areas
• Assisting with scheduling farrier and veterinary visits
• Ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times
• Supporting therapy sessions when needed

We are offering full-time and part-time positions.

If you are dependable, experienced with horses, and passionate about working in a purpose-driven equine environment, we would love to hear from you.

Our team & beloved favorite horses are safe & cozy after the recent winter storm. Your support and encouragement means the world to us and we’re grateful for our community.

We’re happy to share that our team and facility weathered the storm wonderfully! Thanks to the hard work of our staff , our equine patients continue to receive excellent care.

To everyone who has shown us love, lifted us up, believed in our mission, or simply stood by our side, thank you. Your support is felt in every session, every smile, every small victory our clients experience. You are part of the heartbeat of Special CHEERS.
