Long time, no see! I’ve been a little MIA, but I’m not lost, I’ve just been living. Big shifts in my professional world, tender turns in my personal one. The kind of changes that stretch you, humble you, and keep you very, very busy.

If life feels heavy right now, hear this gently… don’t give up on yourself. Be patient. Offer yourself grace. S**t is hard! and still, you are strong. Stronger than you give yourself credit for. You’re not just getting through it… you’re surviving it.

Protect your sparkle. Guard it fiercely. Don’t let anyone dim what makes you you. Keep showing up as yourself! because you are enough, exactly as you are.

I’m truly excited to see what 2026 brings… for me, and for you. Let’s keep going. Together. And if the road feels lonely, therapy can be a place to rest, unpack, and rebuild.

On Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor every soul who didn’t get the chance to stay, and we hold their stories like flames from a candle lighting our way home.

If your own light feels dim today, come sit with me a while. Grief has sharp edges, but it also makes room for healing and you don’t have to walk that road alone. Therapy can be a refuge where your voice is safe, your identity is sacred, and your hope is allowed to grow back in its own wild rhythm.
