Our next spotlight recognition belongs to Peter Bell, an early and powerful advocate for addressing the unique needs of African Americans within addiction treatment in the United States.
He co-founded the Institute on Black Chemical Abuse and served as its Executive Director for 15 years, helping shape culturally responsive approaches to prevention, treatment, and recovery.
