Patient presented with true sciatica on the L from unknown cause. Issue had been acute and intermittent but recently has become chronic and longer lasting.

Treatment :: (piriformis, glutes, QL)
(hamstrings and calf muscles)



Patient left with no pain/numbness/tingling and homework to maintain and prevent further symptoms.
