SIXTEEN YEARS SOBER!! 🍺 🍷

Hi my name is Cody Soutar and I'm a binge drinker. I don't like to drink, so when I drink I drink to get drunk. I have no control. I can't have just one drink. Sixteen years ago, like many mornings before that, I woke up with an excruciating hangover and swore I'd never drink again. Only, I haven't. I have no problem with being in social situations with people drinking because I no longer care to drink. I don't even think twice about it! Special thanks to my friends and family for supporting me along my journey!

I’m all for budgeting, but this is a little ridiculous! My electric bill this week is $6.67 because I still don’t have power from hurricane Beryl Sunday night 5 days ago. I was prepped for the storm with plenty of food, water, all my devices were charged, my car was full of gas, etc but from now on I’ll add to my prep list for the next storm is to do all my laundry so I have clean clothes.
I finally got in a hotel for another night and I’m starting to feel a little bit normal again. Hopefully the power will get turned on soon even though I have not seen any utility trucks in my neighborhood since the storm. ‘s website says my area has been green for a few days but that’s fake news.
I might sound like I’m complaining, but I know I’m extremely blessed compared to a lot of people in this world and I’m also just letting friends know how things are going because I know I have been distant this week.
