Many people are dealing with food sensitivities today. The majority don't know that that's what is going on! They just feel lousy or have stiff joints, brain fog and fatigue or others. As you'll see below, it isn't as simple as avoiding corn on the cob or corn tortillas, either! There are so many derivatives that start from corn that people unknowingly apply to their skin or ingest because they just don't know. Check out the list below!

-I brought snacks and some food that I could rely on if we got in a pinch
2. Relax
-It can't (and won't) all go according to plans, so try to allow yourself some grace and enjoy!

My son and I have been on a week-long trip. He had 2 activities to attend and, being under age, needed a chaperone and someone to check into the hotel rooms! 😄
We spent 2.5 days in Louisville, KY and then boarded a flight for Orlando, FL. We spent 4 days there. My sister joined me for a couple days and we went a to a few fun places: Clearwater Beach, Madame Trussauds Wax Museum and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. (I didn't realize how tall some notable people are/were! 😄)
Traveling doesn't stress me out because I plan ahead! I don't expect to find quality snacks on the road so I pack some.
Restaurants generally have healthy options available now. You just have to ask!
