We are so inspired by the incredible energy at our annual luncheon last month! ✨

Together, we held space for grief, healing, and hope—reflecting on the role these moments play in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder care. It is because of these vital conversations that we can continue to move the needle on wellness and recovery. We are deeply grateful to our keynote speaker for leading the powerful conversation, “Grief Happens: Let’s Talk About It Already”, and inviting vulnerability, compassion, and meaningful conversation.

From meditation and movement to nutrition, rest, and finding purpose, small mindful choices can help you feel more grounded. A holistic approach to well-being might be the perfect way to begin the year.

We are over the MOON to welcome Dr. Rose Yang as our new Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Yang brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to Luna, including expertise in personality assessments, attachment styles, and co-occurring substance use, personality and mood disorders. Dr. Yang's role includes leading all aspects of Luna’s exceptional standard of care, overseeing all clinical operations, client experience, treatment outcomes, and advanced program development. Update - we will be gathering for our free in-person Family Grief Support Group this Monday, July 7th from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM in suite 110 rather than in suite 176 as mentioned in our previous post. We will continue to keep our community updated with additional groups in the coming weeks, and please share this with anyone who might find comfort in joining us.

In wake of this difficult time, Luna Integrative Care will be opening our space and offering a free in-person Family Grief Support Group this Monday, July 7th from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at our outpatient office - located at 5757 Woodway Dr. Suite 176, Houston, TX 77057. This group is open to families and their children, and several community therapists will be joining us to offer support. We plan to offer additional groups in the coming weeks, and hope to provide a space to connect and heal as a community. Please feel free to share this invitation with anyone who may need support.
