๐Ÿ’™ Today, we shine a light on World Teen Mental Wellness Day because caring for mental health early and focusing on prevention can truly change lives.

Adolescence is a critical period of brain development, emotional growth, and identity formation. When adults receive community-focused, evidence-based training, they are better prepared to notice concerns, take preventive steps, and support families in seeking appropriate help.

Our GTHU Mental Health Coach Training offers a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Specialty that equips coaches to recognize concerns, support families, and connect them to appropriate care for their child or adolescent.
