• A 55-year-old female presented with a one-month history of a generalized, progressive painful rash unresponsive to topical triamcinolone and clobetasol. She also reported the recent onset of cough, mild fatigue, and oral ulcerations. Two days after skin biopsies were obtained, the patient returned to clinic fatigued and extremely short of breath.
