Rays Wellness and Tanning Hey everyone!!! We got lots of kids we are trying to show that if you work hard toward something, it will pay off.

I am Autumn, my husband, Jacob and I have started another business together and we couldn't be more excited to offer another service to Houston, MS. Most importantly we love JESUS and To HIM be the Glory!!! If you know me at all, you know how much I love fitness and health in any form!!! While we could debate on the harmfulness of tanning beds, we all know it makes you feel better with a little glow to your skin. With that being said- y’all stay tuned for our little tanning salon opening in Houston, MS. It will have a Wellness Room with Red Light Therapy, Vibration Plates, Grounding Mat, Free Weights., etc. Another Room with consist of an Automatic Spray Booth for the ones that prefer the Sunless Tanning route, we will then have 3 tanning beds rooms with one being an awesome 10 minute stand up bed!! We are also a distributor of FItAid Supplements. Tanning Lotions, Moisturizers, Skin Care, and Fitness Apparel will be available for purchase as well.

Client Spotlight! They say a diamond is a girls best friend right?!?! What about diamond planks?! Hannah’s first day of personal training was yesterday and she did great- her goal is to build muscle mass, a strong core, and work on mobility and flexibility! I also found out she is a runner so after her session we hit the trailhead beside the gym for a couple miles just for fun! Whose next?!
