When it comes to mental health, doing what’s right isn’t always easy—especially when it means speaking up for someone who is struggling. Silence can feel safer, but it rarely serves those who need support most.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reminded us that “In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

Today, honor his legacy by speaking up, checking in, or taking action on behalf of mental health. Even when it’s uncomfortable, doing the right thing matters.
