Our past is a beautiful and essential piece to consciously own as we continue to evolve into our best and most functional selves. Our felt sense of wholeness seems to require holding hands with the little child inside us instead of forsaking him/her. Ultimately, seeking therapy is a brave and courageous choice, regardless of the particular modality you select. We must meet ourselves wherever we are.
