This is what happens when you have other people looking out for your best interests. You finished 4 years of dental school to work 8-10 hrs 5-6 days a week. You probably don't even like the people you work with. Make a change get your skills up!

You should be living life on your terms. Research shows that the average GP refers $20k/month.

3rd molars 🦷 get a bad rap simply bc of the lack of information. If you feel lost when treatment planning for these teeth, don't worry you're not alone. Here's a rule of thumb...treat is like any other tooth in the mouth.

For instance:

1. If it has a cavity that can't be restored
2. If it is in a position that braces can't fix
3. If you see a crazy lesion around it
4. If it is damaging adjacent teeth, and
5. If there's no space and it wants to come out

Did you know placing Dexamethosone in an extraction site can prevent nerve damge when you are close to a nerve🙂... 🙄Yeah neither did I 4 years ago. Play safely with 3rd Molar Surgery!

Beware!

Not everyone on social media has your best interests. Going to dental school for most and for the few who enter residency understand that time, energy, and effort are required but sometimes that's not enough.

So beware of the tips and info you will find. Unfortunately, no one post or video will place you at the head of the line.

Stay focused, block out the noise, and remember you have greatness inside of you! Please don't fall for the traps.
