My ‘why’ has always been simple: helping women feel more confident, empowered, and at home in their bodies. What a privilege it is 🥲🤍

Massive weight loss changes your life, and living with excess skin can be an emotional reminder of just how much you’ve been through.

I work with patients every day who’ve done the hardest part already, and my job is to help their bodies reflect the strength and transformation they’ve earned.

Comment CONSULT if you want to learn what your options could look like 🤍

The biggest mistakes happen when patients aren’t informed. This series is here to change that. Follow along for part 2 and share this with a friend who's shopping for a plastic surgeon. ❤️

Plastic surgery isn’t about trends - it’s about matching the right solution to the right problem. This cheat sheet breaks it down so be sure to save it for later.

True story 👇

I said no to performing plastic surgery on a patient because they wouldn't quit ni****ne!

They went out of the country for surgery anyway. Then came back with serious complications… and now wants a revision.

Hard truth: saying no is part of doing this job responsibly. Ni****ne + surgery is a dangerous combo, and shortcuts often show up later as bigger problems.

Not every surgeon will say yes. And that’s not a bad thing...

Before you commit to a tummy tuck, here's 3 reasons you may not need one...

Technology has come a long way, and for the right candidate, less invasive options can deliver incredible results.

1️⃣ Your skin still has good elasticity
If your skin can retract on its own, advanced skin-tightening tech can help it snap back without a full surgical excision.

2️⃣ The issue is fat + laxity, not muscle separation
If you don’t have significant muscle separation, tools like VASER lipo can sculpt and define, while Quantum RF tightens from the inside out.

3️⃣ You want results with less downtime
Modern body contouring can mean smaller incisions, faster recovery, and impressive contouring without the commitment of a tummy tuck.

That said, tummy tucks are still the best option for some bodies and goals. The key is choosing what’s right for you, not defaulting to the most aggressive option.

If you’re considering a tummy tuck, comment CONSULT, and we’ll help you figure out which option makes the most sense for your body and goals.

The duality of being a woman. Am I right?? 🥰😎

🚨✅ Before you book a CO2 laser, read this ⤵️

Red flags to look for:
🚩 They can’t clearly explain risks, downtime, or recovery
🚩 Everyone gets the same settings or “one-size-fits-all” treatment
🚩 No real before/afters, or they avoid talking about complications

Green flags to look for:
✅ Your consult includes skin type, goals, and realistic expectations
✅ They explain why CO2 is (or isn’t) right for you
✅ Clear aftercare plan + direct access if something feels off

Your skin deserves intention, not shortcuts. Save this before your consult.

Sometimes I joke that I run on Energizer Bunny energy. But the truth is, my life is full because I choose work that genuinely interests me. When what you’re building feels meaningful, it doesn’t register as “work” in the same way.
