This is Caroline 🌹

She is graduating with her Bachelors in psychology in December 2026🍄

After graduation Caroline plans to move home to Tennessee and work in Human Resources 🌻

“I have treasured my one on one time with each member of the Cougars in Recovery community. Whether it was in the lounge, townhouse, check-in or one of the trips. I loved getting to ask everyone questions and hear so many beautiful stories of how each person was led to recovery” 🌄

Adam is continuing his education to pursue a PhD in computer science 🎓

His favorite memories are “getting slap-happy and Philadelphia soaked in Pisgah, straight from the sky”🙏🏼⛈️

Meet Lauren 🌸🫶🏻

Lauren is graduating with her bachelor’s in Art with a minor in Education 🎨

After graduation she plans to be an elementary art teacher 👩🏼‍🏫🍎

“The best part of CIR is the community. All of the incredible people are what make it great. Camping in Rocky Mountain National Park is my favorite memory because it helped me get out of my comfort zone and showed me how much fun I can have in recovery” 🏔️

He is one of our seniors graduating this May. He is getting his Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Sociology 🧠

“My favorite memories are the road trips to and from Pisgah. We were all stuck together in a van but we all had a great time. I loved just spending time with people (they could not escape me). ❤️😈

Aidan plans to pursue his Masters in Social Work 🎓

“My favorite memories are all of the camping trips I got to go on. It’s so hard to pick a favorite moment… maybe getting to teach yoga to Johnnie and Chris in Dinosaur Valley State Park at sunrise” 🌅

Josie will be going on to get a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology 🎓
