When families look for senior care, often they start with online searches. Spending many hours calling communities, comparing services, scheduling tours, and trying to interpret pricing structures adds to their stress during an already emotional time.

In contrast, as a Senior Home CoachTM & placement expert, I am local to Houston, tour the communities & tune into the "vibe" . Does it smell fresh? How do the residents look? What is the care culture? Are there mouse droppings in the corners? I have firsthand knowledge which ones have the best care staff, low staff turnover, waiting lists. I already know the best 3–4 communities, can accompany clients on tours, be their advocates, ask the deeper questions. On top of all that, there is no cost to the client because I am compensated as a marketing resource by senior communities!

I don’t just “pop in” to assisted living communities! I study them so my families don’t have to. I toured Legacy Assisted Living closely taking note of...
How staff interact with residents: tone of voice and body language.
Are people out and about participating & chatting.
Cleanliness and odor: You can’t see this on a website, but it says a lot about care, dignity, and consistency.

My Way Senior Services exists so families don’t have to figure this out alone. I personally tour communities across Greater Houston, learn their true culture, and then match each client to the few options most likely to fit their care needs, personality, budget, and preferred part of town—at no charge to the family.
