Solutions without mindful thinking can at times encourage us to feel there is no hope, keeping us stuck in old behavior patterns and routines. Using an integrative approach, my goal is to help you to discover your INNER STRENGTH, RESOURCES, and RESOURCEFULNESS that currently resides within inside of you. Every individual has value and worth. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand your assets, the larger system of which you are a part, and resources within yourself and the community. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will discover strengths that can assist you in altering current behaviors and lifestyles that no longer work for you or your family. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues using an integrative treatment approach to provide services that span from therapy for individual, family and couples to parenting support. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition , I provide educational consultations that assist parents in understanding the educational process for children with disabling conditions (ED, LD, AU, etc.). In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
