As we age, our wrists can lose strength and mobility—but the good news is, simple exercises can help.

🌀 Try this mini wrist routine:
✔️ Wrist circles (10x each direction)
✔️ Prayer stretch (hold 15 sec)
✔️ Gentle wrist flexor stretch

Consistency is key—just a few minutes a day can improve flexibility, reduce tension, and support your grip strength for daily tasks and workouts. 💪
