We are so grateful for our amazing partnership with Second Servings of Houston and their Pop-Up Grocery Store at Mabee WholeLife® Service Center.

Through this collaboration, fresh, nutritious food is brought directly to our community, helping reduce food insecurity and ensuring families have access to healthy options close to home.

We’re turning up the heat at the Sober Chili Cook-off! 🌶️🔥

Our CEO, Anna Coffey, will be serving as a judge and The Women’s Home is proud to have two teams competing in this year’s cook-off.

We’re excited to join the fun, cheer on our teams, and celebrate a little friendly competition for a great cause.

If you’re attending, come say hello and help us root for The Women's Home!

Faces of Change: Her Story is Houston’s Story is an art initiative benefiting The Women’s Home and honoring the women whose courage, vision, and leadership have shaped Houston across generations.

This mural will serve as a permanent tribute to influential women, past and present, whose contributions have helped define the cultural, civic, and social landscape of our city.

The artwork will embody the strength, resilience, diversity, and legacy of Houston’s women, telling their stories in a way that invites reflection, pride, and community connection.

If you know a woman whose leadership, service, creativity, or advocacy has made a lasting impact in Houston, we invite you to nominate her for this meaningful tribute. Women from all backgrounds and fields are encouraged.

Please submit your nominations for the women you would like to see honored in our mural by March 25, 2026.

We’re expanding access to care through the Houston Methodist Mental Health Care Access grant supporting our Passages Intensive Outpatient Program.

This funding will allow us to expand services to a second site - reaching more individuals and strengthening access to care for those in our community.

This investment supports our ongoing efforts to improve health outcomes and reduce barriers to care, in collaboration with generous partners like Houston Methodist.
