i finished this book today! my eyes are finally opened and my heart is at peace. this book may be called thyroid healing, but it is about much more than thyroid healing. i call it the “everything healing” book. this book is talking truth about autoimmune disorders, thyroid illness, RA, lupus, fatigue, anxiety, depression, ebv, cancer, lyme disease, and SO MUCH MORE. it all makes sense. •
from this book i have learned:
•
your illness is not your fault or from a faulty genes. your illness is not in your head. you did not create it. you do not deserve it.
•
inflammation does not exist on its own but because an invader is attacking you.
•
the auto-immune theory of the body attacking itself is incorrect. the body does not attack itself. it attacks pathogens. •
antibodies are a sign that there is a virus the body is fighting.
•
the tests that are run to determine these illnesses are inaccurate and not testing for specific illnesses but rather looking for inflammation markers and matching those levels to a certain disease. •
lyme and thyroid disease is caused by epstein-barr virus.

YOU CAN HEAL!

i don’t have doubts or fear in my heart about any of this. THIS BOOK changed all of that for me. i know what i am reading is TRUTH. my heart, my mind and my spirit knows the words in this book are speaking truth about mystery illnesses and symptoms. i am FREE of those fears and doubts. over the last 9 months i have followed anthony’s protocols and the diet plan and you know what? I HAVE HEALED. not a little bit of healing...a lot of healing.

i am writing this post for my fellow chronic illness warriors. believe me, i know what you’ve been through, i have been there. i have gone through it too. i have suffered, i have tried many paths, and begged God to make me better. i get it. i feel for you so deeply i my heart. i want so much to see you all heal. i know it is possible because it’s happening to me! there are REAL answers about the roots of these illnesses in this book. once you have them your whole outlook on your health can change! •
