🌈🌟 Some medical plans have routine vision coverage but most of the time they don't cover the "1 or 2?" portion of your exam 😳
🌈🌟 Some vision care plans have medical coverage but most of the time they don't cover treating specific issues like red/irritated eyes or diabetic exams 😵‍💫

That's why your eye care provider may ask for both!

Why does it have to be so complicated?! We don't know either! The amount of people who come in saying "I'm so blind", you would think it should fall under the same umbrella 🤯

But this month we are celebrating a little BUT NOT SO LITTLE win in this world thanks to Texas Optometric Association's hard push to pass HB 3211.
Alas, we are finally in-network with
ALL. EYEMED. PLANS.
Although we have mixed feelings about working with insurances and VCPs, we are grateful this allows us to reach more people!

You may have seen them around already, but officially, here is your temp team during April 30-May16!

Dr. George loves and misses patient care, so fortunately for us, she happily steps out of retirement from time to time to help us out when Dr Sattam is MIA. She is a resident of the East End and very active with 🤩

Ana has been training extensively leading up to these days. She is a dear friend and graciously helping us keep our doors open. She has an entrepreneurial background as the owner of which used to be located at The Plant on Harrisburg and Sampson 😎 so she knows how to treat ya right!

Thanks for your support, patience, and understanding! Things may look different in the upcoming weeks but we trust you are in good hands with these ladies! 🌟

Hello friends! Some of you know, Dr Sattam is Thai so we are headed back to the motherland 🇹🇭 April 30-May 16 so bare with us while things run a little differently during those days.

1) No, we won’t be staying at The White Lotus 😉

2) It makes us VERY nervous to be away from yall, but you know what- YOLO. We haven’t been away this long since we first opened in 2019. We know you will be in good hands with our relief crew!
