Honored to represent SUN Behavioral Houston at the NAMI Gulf Coast Mental Health Education Conference this past Friday!

This year’s theme, “Every Mind Matters: Building Bridges to Care,” aligns deeply with our mission of Solving Unmet Needs in the community. It was inspiring to be surrounded by dedicated mental health professionals, advocates, and community partners all working toward better access, stronger support systems, and integrated behavioral health care.

A highlight of the day was hearing from our CEO, Brennan Francois, who delivered a powerful message on the importance of mental health advocacy. His words reminded us that advocacy is not just a responsibility, it’s a force that transforms communities, uplifts individuals, and helps ensure every person has access to the care they deserve.

Thank you to NAMI Gulf Coast for hosting such a meaningful event and for bringing together organizations committed to improving mental health outcomes across Texas.
