Home Health includes nursing, physical therapy, or Provider Services, assisting seniors with activities such as shopping, meal preparation, bathing & more. We are licensed & certified by Medicare and Medicaid. St Jude Home Care is one of the few truly full-service home health care agencies in Houston providing services in Harris and surrounding counties. St Jude offers an industry-leading approach to providing home health care. Home health is an important part of the health care continuum because of the emphasis placed on increasing safety, independence and lowering the burden of care in the patient's environment of choice. OUR STAFF

We provide Medicare Certified care for patients in the comfort of their own home. We service home-bound patients in Houston and all surrounding areas. St Jude consists of experienced and licensed professional clinicians who are trained to provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social work. We have extensive knowledge and resources to help acquire assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, hospital beds, and much more. Our services help relieve families from medical management and clinical caregiving so they can spend more quality time together. CLINICAL TRAINING

All of St Jude clinicians complete at least 40 hours of advanced clinical training in these and other areas important to the home bound patient. This also includes advanced clinical knowledge of the assistive devices, wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, and other equipment which can be critical to achieving the very best outcome possible.
