Our team spent the weekend at the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association - Spring Convention to learn from brilliant chiropractors and speakers, including our own, Dr. Wendy! 🤗 Our focus was to learn about additional physiotherapy modalities to utilize in the office and to soak up all of the knowledge from the amazing chiropractors in the area! We are beyond excited to Sponsor our first racecar driver this year! Bentley grew up as a faithful part of our chiropractic family, so we will be doing everything we can to make sure he stays safe as he begins his racing career! As a part of our sponsorship, we have helped purchase his neck restraints, which is quite fitting for our profession and it is also super necessary to keep his head in a stable position while racing. This winter storm brought icy, slippery, and dangerous surfaces. A sudden slip can cause the whole body to jolt and tighten up. Here’s some tips to help prevent this:
🐧Walk like a penguin on ice
🥾Wear proper footwear
🧂Make sure to salt ahead of you… no really, take a cup of sidewalk salt and sprinkle it ahead of you when you walk
🩻Get regular adjustments to improve balance!
