Thoughts, Trauma, Toxins: The 3T’s of Stress
💬Thoughts: Mental and emotional factors like chronic stress, anxiety, and depression, which trigger the body’s “fight or flight” response, causing muscle tension and affecting hormones.
💔Trauma: Major injuries (accidents, falls) or repetitive microtraumas (poor posture, lifting) that physically strain the spine.
🤢Toxins: Substances introduced to the body, including processed foods, alcohol, drugs, and environmental pollutants (mold or chemicals) that create inflammation and stress.
Our job is to address these stressors by adjusting to correct subluxations, allowing the nervous system to function properly and restore balance. By managing these three T’s, we aim to improve overall health and wellness, not just alleviate pain.
