Easter is a happy and hopeful time. It reminds us of something very special—Jesus is alive, and He loves us very much.

Even when we feel unsure, tired, or forgetful, one thing never changes: God is always with us. He knows us, He loves us, and He cares for us every day.

Easter shows us that love is stronger than anything else. Jesus brings us peace, comfort, and joy. We are never alone. ✝️

Happy National Caregiver Day 🤍

Today we celebrate the incredible caregivers who are the heart of our homes. 🏡

Caregiving is not just a job — it is patience in hard moments, gentleness during confusion, and showing up day after day with compassion. It is fixing blankets just right, learning favorite songs and snacks, redirecting with grace, and protecting dignity in the most vulnerable moments. ✨

Our caregivers meet each resident exactly where they are on their journey. They sit longer. They explain again. They stay steady during behaviors. They offer comfort when someone feels afraid.

So much of what they do happens in quiet, unseen moments. It may not always be recognized publicly, but it is deeply felt — by our residents, by families, and by our entire team.

Because of them, our houses feel calm. Because of them, families can rest a little easier. Because of them, our mission of serving with purpose and grace is lived out every single shift. 💛

We also want to say thank you to Handmade With Love for making delicious treats for our care team as a small token of appreciation. 🍫 Such a thoughtful way to celebrate the hands and hearts who give so much every day.

Our hearts are full after celebrating Valentine’s Day in Mount Pleasant! 💌🌹 From sweet treats and festive outfits to music, laughter, and time spent together — it was a beautiful reminder that love is truly at the center of all we do.

While Valentine’s Day may be filled with pink, chocolate, and flowers… here, it’s about something deeper. It’s about holding hands, sharing stories, helping someone feel seen, and creating moments that matter.

Love is in the way our caregivers show patience.
Love is in the way our residents light up during a party.
Love is in the small, intentional acts that happen every single day inside these homes.

We are so grateful for the families who trust us, the team members who serve with purpose and grace, and the residents who make Harvest Home feel like, well… home.

❤️🤍🩷 Grafton residents had such a great (early) mini Valentine's Day party! We celebrated with Fruit Kabobs, heart-shaped jello, sparkling wine, chocolate covered peanuts & made Valentine's Day collages! We also decorated sugar cookies, enjoyed hot cocoa, got some fabulous hair styles at the salon, and made some beautiful Valentine's flower bouquets! ❤️🩷

❄️❄️ Grafton residents (and staff) enjoyed a fun Winter Wonderland party this morning! ☃️

We played games, made adorable clay snowmen, had a Winter treat and had a photo shoot with a Winter Wonderland themed background! ❄️❄️

We celebrated all things winter with our Winter Wonderland event, and it was full of smiles and snowy fun! Residents enjoyed a snow globe photo opportunity, delicious Blue Moon shakes and snowman snacks, and plenty of games — from snowman bowling to a friendly snowball toss. ☃️🎳

Moments like these remind us that joy can be found in every season. 💙
