Licensed Massage Therapist and MyoFascial Release Practitioner Packages and Gift certificates are available.

MyoFascial Release Therapy addresses restrictions and imbalances within the connective tissue within the body to promote wellness. A few benefits include: reduced pain and tightness, greater flexibility and energy, refined sports performance to name a few... Other conditions that benefit from MyoFascial Release are: neck and back pain, pelvic pain, painful scars, sciatica, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, neurological conditions and chronic pain syndromes and much more...

All releases are done directly on the skin. Movement can occur when your body unwinds, or stretches may be needed so all clients are asked to wear cotton shorts and ladies are asked to wear a sports bra or tank top. Fees vary depending on duration of session (60 minutes, 90 minutes).

Tomorrow, October 12, I will be at Grayson County Professionals, Inc., 809 N. Union St in Whitesboro. I will be there from 9 am to 5 pm testing out the room to see if it will work out as it is kind of small. Please come by for a mini session (or a full session) to help me test it out.
