Good Afrernoon Friends!

Have you ever seen a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pothole lol?

Ahhhh spring…
Fresh air 🌷
Rain showers 🌧
Flowers blooming 🌼
More sunshine ☀️

…and POTHOLES big enough to swallow your tire!

If you live where winters are harsh, you know the drill. Snow, ice, salt, and those freeze-thaw cycles leave roads looking like Swiss cheese. One wrong move and BAM! your teeth rattle and your spine remembers it.

Most of the time the city comes along and throws some asphalt in the hole and calls it fixed. But we all know what happens…

It’s just a patch.

Health can be a lot like potholes.
Sometimes we just patch the problem with medication or quick fixes. But the real goal should be figuring out what caused the pothole in the first place.

When we focus on the basics, our bodies handle the road of life much better:
