Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic or psychic sleep, is a deeply relaxing and meditative practice that allows you to enter a state of profound relaxation while remaining fully aware. It is a powerful technique that helps release stress, tension, and anxiety, promoting overall well-being.

What to expect?
Lay down practice, where each person will listen to the guidance of my voice, incorporating sound bowls in the session to assist full relaxation. We will go through a calming of the mind and body with a body scan, energetic scan, navigate pairs of opposites-sensations, ending with a visualization.
What do I bring?
Bring anything to support your body’s maximum comfort. Blankets, pillows, bolster, sleep/yoga mat, rollup lounge bed. Other than eye masks, no props will be provided for the session. Make sure to bring everything you need to be comfortable.
Do I need to be an experienced meditator to experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra?
Not one bit. All you have to do is show up, lay down and relax. First and most important thing is self care and this practice is a great place to start or continue that journey.
What is the cost?
$33 per person for group sessions.
$88 for all three sessions.
