Join us in welcoming our new Admission Coordinator!

"Hello everyone! My name is Arika Trachsel, and I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a new position as an Admissions Coordinator at The Willows at Howell.

I’ve spent nearly three years working in admissions for skilled nursing facilities, and I’m truly grateful for the experience, growth, and connections this field has given me. I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge and passion for helping others into this next chapter.

Outside of work you can catch me reading a book, crafting, gardening, watching my daughter cheer or helping coach my son’s Howell FTC robotics team (GO Team KARAMA #21914)

Join us in welcoming Janna, our new Assistant Director of Health Services.

“Hi everyone! My name is Janna. I received my ADN through Washtenaw Community College and I’m just a few weeks shy from finishing my bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan. I originally started my nursing journey at The Willows as a CRCA, where I learned so much about providing exceptional patient care. After I graduated, I gained experience on a cardiac progressive care unit. I’m overjoyed to be back with the residents and staff I’ve always felt so connected to, it truly feels like coming home. Outside of work I love baking, shopping, crafting, and golfing. I’m excited to continue growing as a nurse leader and to be part of such a great team!”
