Legend of Sleepy Howell 2025

The Legend of Sleepy Howell, Livingston County’s largest outdoor trick-or-treating event is coming back to Downtown Howell!

This year’s Legend will have FREE trick-or-treating on Clinton, Court, and Church St. There will also be Halloween and fall-themed activities including a touch a truck event!

Make sure to stop by our booth infront of our location at 106 W, Grand River Ave. for some treats and to show off your costums.

This longstanding community event offers a fun and safe trick-or-treating experience and helps especially those kids living in rural areas. Thank you for your support!

No sign up is required, just show up the day of.

It is National Primary Care Week (NPCW), an annual event hosted by the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) that celebrates and highlights the importance of primary care during the first week of October. Family medicine is an essential part of the primary care workforce. In fact, more family physicians practice primary care in the U.S. than any other specialty. Not only that, family physicians best match the geographic makeup up communities in the U.S., meaning many underserved communities rely on their family doctors as a lifeline.

We all had a great time at this year's Advanced Medical Solutions Summer Picnic! Thank you to Renee, Tony, Rose and all the AMS staff that helpped make this year's party such a success. This year's theme was "through the decades" and there were some great outfits! Thanks again to all that came out.

Thank you to our employees and people that donated at our both today in downtown Howell at the Melon Fest! We had Lemonade, Popcorn, Cookies and ice cream available for donations. All proceeds are being donated to Love Inc. to help those in Livingston County. We did get rained out a little early today, but we we back to from 11am to 5pm tomorrow, Sunday. Stop by and say hi, we will be at 106 W. Grand River.

June 17 is National Nursing Assistants’ Day. This day is set aside to recognize the nursing assistants who dedicate their lives to the wellbeing of others. Nursing assistants often work in hospitals and nursing homes performing everyday living tasks for the elderly, chronically ill or rehabilitation patients who cannot care for themselves. More in-depth training and qualifications that cover a wider scope of responsibility are indicated by a government certification. Advanced Medical Solutions would like to say thank you to all the Nursing Assistants that help our patients every day! Thank you for all of your hard work and caring!
