While credentialing with insurance providers has been taking a bit longer than anticipated, we don’t want that to delay getting to know you.

Starting in December, LivWell will be offering in-depth consults — including a full medical history review, medication review, and personalized care planning. This gives you the chance to share your goals, preferences, and any concerns as we help you prepare for choosing your primary care provider.
