Kimberly & Jack are back again!!  Leading an afternoon of exploration & fun learning to support, communicate & build trust while practicing proper body alignment, using your partner to balance & going deeper into peak poses as a pair.

They will be teaching a series of Thai Massage techniques that you can practice, perfect & perform whenever you want to share.

Working with a partner is an excellent way to strengthen your relationship or friendship.

This all levels workshop is perfect for beginners to gain confidence in supported postures & seasoned yogis to go deeper into advanced postures. Each person will sign up on mindbody!

Mini is back to guide you through a combination of deep holding postures, free-flowing sequences, steady breath, and moments of stillness. Throughout class, we’ll intertwine guided journaling while we listen to what’s rising within our bodies.
This Wild Card is for anyone curious about seeking a deeper understanding of themselves — whether you’re beginning your writing exploration or you’re a seasoned journaler ready to take your practice further. Expect the integration of heated movement and self-reflection to transform how you see yourself on and off the mat.

The Release & Restore Workshop is one of the most powerful and cathartic experiences we offer at The Space. Co-led by Kelli McMullen and Liv Monte, this is our 6th Annual offering.

Inspired by Osho Dynamic Meditation, the practice begins with five phases of intentional release—designed to move what’s been held, clear stagnant energy, and quiet the mind. We then transition into 30 minutes of restorative yin to integrate, restore, and return to balance. Journaling and reflection follow.

This year’s focus is returning to true self and harnessing your power. Instead of adding more, we create space by releasing what no longer serves—allowing us to land back into presence and truth.
A powerful way to begin the new year—by turning down the noise and coming home to yourself.
