🚓💙 Cram the Cruiser is BACK! 💙🚓

This Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Howell Police Department will be posted up outside the Howell Kroger from 10 AM – 2 PM for our annual Cram the Cruiser Food Drive — and we need YOUR help to pack our patrol car full of donations!

Stop by, say hello, snap a pic with the cruiser, and drop off any non-perishable food items to support local families in need. Every can, box, and bag makes a difference! 🙌

Let’s show what an amazing community Howell is. See you Saturday — let’s fill that cruiser! 🚓🛒❤️

The Flanders poppy has long been a symbol of Remembrance Day. But do you know why? During WWI red poppies were among the first plants to spring up in the devastated battlefields of northern France and Belgium leading it to be universally known as flower of remembrance.

The Australian Returned Soldiers and Sailors Imperial League (the forerunner to the RSL) first sold poppies for Armistice Day in 1921 in what is known today as the Poppy Appeal! Let’s keep the tradition alive as a nation this November as we continue to remember all our service men and women! Purchase your poppy and support the 2019 Poppy Appeal Australia.
