November Exercise Calendar!

Please note we will NOT have Chair Exercises or Morning Exercise Class the week of Thanksgiving.

Chair exercises will be cancelled tomorrow, Wednesday November 5, as we come together to lay our dear friend, Anita Beckman, to rest.

May we take this time to honor her memory and the kindness she shared with all of us.

May her spirit continue to inspire us, and find comfort in the love and memories she leaves behind.
