It is with heavy hearts that we cancel chair exercises in order to celebrate the life of Dave Schamberger. Sorry for the short notice, but our staff will be unavailable tomorrow to host our normal chair exercise session.

As we look forward to Spring Break next week, we wanted to share that there will be no morning workouts for that week! We will still have chair exercises Wednesday the 18th and will see all our morning workout crew the following week. Also keep an eye out for next months schedule as we prepare to change it up a bit!
