💪 5:30–6:30 PM | Sculpt & Tone
End your day feeling strong and energized. Sculpt & Tone combines yoga, light weights, and functional movement to build strength, improve posture, and tone muscles—all while staying mindful and supportive of your body. You’ll sweat a little, smile a lot, and leave feeling empowered.

Just a quick update for our yoga community — Strength & Stretch is ON tonight from 5:30–6:30 PM, and we can’t wait to move and breathe with you.

Yin Untangled is cancelled for this week only and will be back next week as scheduled.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for always showing up with such kindness and flexibility. Whether you’re coming to build strength, stretch it out, or simply take care of yourself, we’re grateful to share the space with you.
