8:30–9:30 AM | Yin and Yang Flow

5:30–6:30 PM | Strength & Stretch
A thoughtfully designed class integrating strength-building postures with intelligent mobility work to create resilience, stability, and ease. Through functional movement, breath-centered transitions, and purposeful stretching, we explore the science of muscular balance, fascial hydration, joint integrity, and nervous system regulation.

Research continues to support that regular yoga practice can improve mobility, enhance balance, support bone and muscle health, reduce stress reactivity, and increase overall vitality. This class is where disciplined effort meets sustainable embodiment.

6:45–7:45 PM | Untangled

Clearing the Static: An Evening of Energetic Reset

Sunday, April 26 | 6:30–8:00 PM

Following our exploration of raising frequency, this next workshop turns toward clearing what interferes with sustaining it. Stress, emotional residue, mental overstimulation, and energetic depletion can create “static” within the system. This immersive evening is designed to help release that interference and restore greater coherence.

Through guided meditation, vibrational sound healing, and the subtle restorative support of Reiki, we explore how breath, sound, and energy work can help regulate the nervous system, soften internal tension patterns, and create space for clarity, balance, and renewal.
