On Sundays, The Village Yoga Community is closed so we can take time to rest, restore, and reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. In a world that constantly encourages us to keep going, sometimes the most meaningful practice is simply allowing ourselves the space to slow down.

Whether your Sunday is spent with family, enjoying quiet time, getting outside, sharing a meal, or simply catching your breath from the week behind you—we hope you give yourself permission to pause.

Because rest is not stepping away from the practice… it’s part of it.

Wake up the body and set the tone for your weekend with a practice designed to realign, awaken, and energize. This class blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional stretching to help release stiffness from the week while restoring balance throughout the body.

It’s the perfect way to reset your posture, clear your mind, and start your Saturday feeling refreshed and centered.

9:30–10:30 AM | Yoga Basics
New to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations? This welcoming class focuses on fundamental postures, safe alignment, and breath-centered movement in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each pose is explained and explored so students can build confidence, understanding, and a stronger connection to their practice.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or simply enjoy returning to the roots of yoga, Yoga Basics reminds us that the strongest practices are built on a solid foundation.
