Self-kindness is every bit as important as kindness to others. It’s vital at times to S-L-O-W down, to regroup, to reconnect with your energy and your smile…

This is called taking responsibility for your state of mind and state of body, not to mention yoru spiritual attunement. You have the gas pedal - you have the power to slow it down a notch. Then you can go forward not in a depleted state, but equipped with new energy, fresh, creativity and a new reservoir of resilience.

Just a reminder, I don't care what month it is on the calendar....!!!
If you're in this club, you never should have had to join, none of us should. And to be clear whilst being mindful of my words.
For most attempts, right across the board. It's never usually a snap decision. There are often a huge chain of various services, organisations that have failed with somebody who desperately needed them. There are signs, there are bright red flags and usually there's a historical footprint too.
So well done for surviving yourself if you did, I'm proud of you, seriously, I am. I know what it takes. And anyone considering joining, please don't, just, don't! If a system is failing you, call out the system. (Please don't here though, we get in SO much trouble) But never settle for a FU smile as someone says they're sorry...Never give up. Cus you're all worth a happy life, you deserve it.
