This is important self-care. ♥️ ~ Nanea

Some weeks don’t need you to become a whole new person.

They just need you to notice what is still working.

The small win you almost ignored.
The message you finally answered.
The task you finished even though you didn’t feel ready.
The moment you paused instead of reacting.
The fact that you kept going, even with a tired heart.

We often wait for life to feel “big” again before we allow ourselves to feel grateful.

But sometimes peace starts with paying attention to the evidence that good things are still here.

Not perfect things.
Not dramatic things.
Real things.

A warm drink.
A kind message.
A clear thought.
A little more energy than yesterday.
A moment where you realize, “I can handle this.”

Try this today:

Write down 3 small wins from the last 24 hours.
Then write one sentence under each:

“This counts because…”

Because it does.

Your life is not only measured by huge breakthroughs.
It is also built by the moments you almost forget to honor.

Save this for a week when you need to remember:
good moments still exist, even when life feels full.

Tag someone who deserves an easier week.🩵

Monday Motivation 👊

If you are unhappy, uninspired, or unmotivated… start within.

When life feels heavy, don’t rush to change the world—
begin with what you can gently care for.

If you are unhappy, start with the body.
Nourish it with good food.
Rest it without guilt.
Move it with intention.
In Buddhism, the body is not separate from the mind—
a restless body often carries a restless mind.

If you are uninspired, start with the mind.
Feed it new ideas.
Expose it to different perspectives.
Open it to curiosity instead of judgment.
A closed mind creates a closed life.

If you are unmotivated, start with the heart.
Reconnect with your purpose.
Ask yourself: Why does this matter to me?
And more importantly—
Who can I serve through this?
Because meaning fuels motivation.

The Buddha taught that suffering begins within—
and so does healing.

You don’t need a new life overnight.
You need small, mindful shifts
in your body, your thoughts, and your intentions.

Start there.
Everything else will follow.

Pay close attention. Never mind the phone or trying to get a great photo. BE there. This is the good stuff. Don’t miss it. ♥️ ~ Nanea

Yoga doesn't promise a life without pain.

What it offers is a different way of meeting what hurts.

Instead of getting pulled under by every wave, you begin to build enough presence to stay with the moment.

Breath by breath.
Sensation by sensation.

That doesn't make suffering disappear. It changes how much power it has to take you out.

Over time, the practice becomes less about escaping hard things and more about learning how to stay inside yourself while they move through.
