When your system feels “on” all day, this practice can help you shift from the inside out.

This sequence invites you to trace the vagus nerve from the base of your skull, through your throat and jaw, into your belly—using breath, awareness, and longer-held shapes to support a gentle internal shift.

Save this as a reset you can return to.

To go deeper, practice ‘Yin for the Vagus Nerve’ with Kali Basman on Yoga International. Her guidance is spacious, perceptive, and quietly transformative—helping you step out of mental noise and into a more grounded, embodied awareness.

It was a rough winter, and many of us are still paying off our energy bills from the coldest months. Have you heard about the help that NY's Energy Affordability Program (EAP) can provide?

The State’s EAP provides monthly discounts on energy bills throughout the year to households across New York. Eligibility for EAP is based on household income.

NY State’s EAP already serves approximately one million households statewide, but state officials have estimated that approximately 1.5 million more households are eligible to enroll and receive discounts.

New Yorkers can enroll in EAP directly through their local energy provider, and you can learn more about EAP and how to apply here: dps.ny.gov/energy-affordability-program.
