Knee pain stopping you from your favorite squats & lunges in your workouts?

Try these 3 Tips!

🔥 Add a band to your squats - pull the band apart by directing your knees out towards your pinkie toes throughout the squat. This will help engage your outer glutes 🍑

🔥 Favor backward lunges - the angle & load to your knee can be more friendly in a backwards lunge (compared to front lunges). Be sure that you have a slight forward lean of your chest at the bottom of your lunge…think “nose over toes.”

🔥 Try Lunge Sliders - if stepping into a lunge still isn’t going well, try keeping your foot connected to the floor via a glider disc or fuzzy 🧦

Struggling to build CORE strength? 💪

You’re not alone!

If you have been including core exercises in your regular workouts but you’re not seeing the benefits, it’s probably because you’re lacking INTENTION.

Common Mistakes:
🚩 Poor form or posture
🚩 Going through the motions
🚩 Moving too quickly
🚩 Holding your breath
🚩 Overuse of abdominals
🚩 Lack of deep core connection
