This isn’t your average group fitness class. Our 6-week strength series is designed by women, for women, and led by two Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in women’s health and exercise science. 🧠🏋️‍♀️

Unlike traditional fitness instructors, DPTs bring a clinical level of expertise to safely guide you through movements that build real strength—tailored to the female body, life stage, and individual needs. 💪🏽🏃🏼‍♀️

🎉Shoutout to one of our rockstar patients, Zoie, for all her hard work in PT and dedication to her recovery!

She is heading off to Iowa to begin her academic and athletic journey at Clarke Univeristy 🎓💙💛

Zoie will be hitting the lanes as part of the bowling team, and we are all excited to watch everything she’s achieves both on and off the lanes🎳
